NIC CAGE SPIDER-NOIR SERIES IS A BIG SNORER, SAYS VARIETY!

Hold up, web-heads! Looks like Prime Video's much-hyped *Spider-Noir* series, featuring none other than Nicolas Cage as the titular hero, is hitting a major snag. According to Variety, this dark take on your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is less 'amazing' and more ' snooze-inducing'—ouch!

The show, based on the Marvel Comics character Spider-Man Noir, takes us back to Prohibition-era New York City. Cage plays Ben Reilly, an older, retired web-slinger who's now trying his hand at private investigating. But apparently, even Cage's unique brand of acting can't save this one from being a 'beautiful bore,' as Variety so eloquently puts it.

So, if you were hoping for a gritty, action-packed superhero romp, you might want to adjust your expectations. It seems this Spidey might be better at putting audiences to sleep than catching bad guys!
